HomeCold-applied Tapes
Our cold-applied adhesive tape system includes PE anti-corrosion tapes, visco-elastic tapes, paintable visco-elastic tapes, visco-elastic aluminum-coated strips, petrolatum tapes, mechanical protection tapes, unbonded outerwrap, heavy tapes, seam tapes, and liquid adhesive primer used as primers for cold-applied tapes, along with other materials that enhance the cold-applied system.
Our cold-applied tape system is used in various industries for new or existing above-ground, underground, and underwater pipelines, joints, tank foundations, steel structures, and a variety of other applications. It can be applied in factories or on-site application to complies with international standards.
This coating system consists of a two-or three-layer corrosion-resistant inner packaging tape, an outer wrapping tape, a joint tape, and filler material, combined with a matching primer. It protects steel pipes from corrosion under various service conditions.
The integrated solution provides dual protection against corrosion and mechanical stress with a single product and streamlined packaging process. Featuring a robust adhesive layer and backing, it requires a primer coat before application. Ideal for steel pipes, elbows, tees, and related fittings.
It is a representative of current self-repairing anticorrosion and sealant technology. Immediate and permanent adhesion. Tests include a warranty period and an expected service life of over 60 years. No primer needed.
A non-bonded outer layer designed to support various coatings against external loads, providing additional mechanical protection.
A coating material with UV-resistant self-adhesive aluminum substrate and ultra-thick rubberized asphalt or butyl rubber-based adhesive, designed for corrosion-resistant sealing in specialized applications.
The system is one of the most famous and trusted products in the corrosion prevention industry. It is multifunctional, easy to use, good to adapt to surfaces and durable, and is an effective solution to a variety of corrosion prevention problems.
